Albums of the year 2022: 30-21

Numbers 21-30 on my list are where I start to remember why I don’t order things and just have my favourite records listed in a random order. The numbers are arbitrary at this point, artists like Caitlin Rose and Julie Roberts just released their albums a little late in the year to get as many spins, while other artists - Joshua Hedley and Jake Blount, Tyler Childers, Paige King Johnson and Ashley McBryde - have been in and out of the top 10 or 20 while I’ve been rejigging the list. Anyhow, here they are in a numbered order anyway. Usual reminder, these are albums I’ve enjoyed the most, not the best per see. Who’s to say what best is.
